1750 Waistbelt with Frog

Exactly reproduced from a surviving example. This waisbelt faithfully reproduces the stitching employed in the original.

A 3"wide  waistbelt with double frog for hanger and bayonet made with  buff  leather, and carefully handstitched.

Particular to  this style was the tunnel stitching to  the rear of the frog.

Finished in pipeclay and yellow ochre for the 1740's  and 50's and pipelclayed for later periods.
